Free biceps workout: . . I do biceps twice a week, both on pull days. My pullday consists of one heavy day of hamstrings, back, and biceps and one “pump day” of the same. . . On pump biceps I do high reps of the following: (3 sets each) Barbell curls supersetted with 1/2 weight barbell curls until failure. . Cross body hammer curls . . That’s it on pump day (keep in mind they are already tired from working back). . . Heavy day (3 sets, 8 or fewer reps) . Inclined dumbbell biceps curls . Alternating dumbbell curls . Love shedding the fluff and really seeing my muscles pop while I’m working out 😍 Anywayssss def try this arm workout next time you train upper body 💪🏽 Every two videos is a superset (meaning each pair is performed one after another before taking a rest) •Static Curls x Seated Tricep Kickbacks •Seated Hammer to Regular Curls x Laying Barbell Tricep Extensions (rest barbell on floor for each rep) •Single Arm Bent Over Concentration Curls x Laying Tricep Kickbacks (take out all of the momentum) •Cable Cross Tricep Extensions (my fave ever for triceps) x Overhead Rope Tricep Extensions •Cable Single Arm Curls (Overhead) x Rope Curls 3 sets of everything and between 8-12 reps!
