Stir in the morning. Add more almond milk if you like a thinner consistency. Top as you desire! I used sliced banana + chopped pecans + dark chocolate chips + @bobsredmill coconut flakes + a drizzle of @woodstockfoods almond butter 🤤

I always top my oats with the same fruits so today I switched it up! @bobsredmill gluten free oats (the best) with mixed berries and cinnamon topped with @manitobaharvest hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond butter (I get it from Costco because it’s a great deal) and apricot! Trying to switch it up a little and it was so yummy! Happy Tuesday everyone 😎🧡

Breakfast • June 19th // Oh parfaits, you so pretty 😙 For brekky this morning I mixed together some @thecoconutcult probiotic yogurt with @gtskombucha coconut yogurt because I prefer the texture of gt’s cocoyo, but coconut cult’s yogurt has toooons of probiotics which I love 😁 Topped it with some apricot chai granola from @wheatsville, berries and cinnamon 😋 When I first realized I had an allergy to dairy and stopped having yogurt parfaits were one of the things I missed most— so I’m so so happy more companies are releasing yummy dairy-free yogurt :’) Happy Tuesday!

Pina Colada smoothie bowl🍍 Milovníci Pina Colady určitě vyzkoušejte tento recept. Jediné co tomu chybí k dokonalosti je kubánský rum, ale i tento problém je celkem snadno řešitelný😃 . Na jednu porci potřebujete: 📍 100 ml kokosového mléka 📍 1 lžičku kokosového oleje 📍 2 lžíce neslazených kokos. lupínků 📍 1 lžíci chia semínek 📍 150 g mraženého zralého ananasu 📍 1 mražený zralý banán . Na ozdobu (volitelně dle chuti): 📍 kousky čerstvého ananasu 📍 plátky kokosu (čerstvého nebo sušeného) 📍 čokoládové hobliny 📍 kokosové chipsy se slaným karamelem nebo s javorový sirupem (ty jsou🔝) . Postup: Počkejte až mražené ovoce trošku poleví. Pak všechny ingredience rozmixujte postupně do krémové směsi. Summertime 🏖. Officially feeling like summer these days! Chocolate almond butter smoothie! 1 scoop chocolate protein, 1 tbs cacao nibs, 1/4 avocado, 1 tbs almond butter, 1 tbs flax and spinach. Last week of school before break was killing me with everyone bringing in donuts and let’s just say my skin broke out really bad on my forehead again. So time to cut the sugar out completely again!
