ABDUCTORS‼️ Don't ever neglect this machine on leg day if you're trying to maximize your glute gains. Abductor muscle exercises help coordinate movements, improve functional fitness, enhance core stability and prevent injuries as well. I usually will do this and adductors till muscle failure. Instead of doing reps and sets, I do these for usually 4/5 minutes on each machine. Dropping the weight when I've maxed out on highest weight. Always best to sit at the edge of the seat to really activate the glutes. I switch from seated position to slightly lifted throughout. Notice i don't ever completely drop the weight always keeping the tension there!
